MADAME FLAVOUR – BRAND REPOSITIONING

THE BRIEF: Specialist commercial tea brand, Madame Flavour came to us to look at their brand positioning. They had evolved over time and their current brand platform felt a little stuffy and old fashioned, it had also been muddied up over the years and wasn’t feeling relevant to them anymore. They wanted a fresh take on who they were and how to act.

THE SOLUTION: We evaluated their current position and presented new strategy to reposition her brand. Madame Flavour has always been a brand of beauty and we looked at this in the more modern expression of ‘detailed delight’. Hosting a workshop using image boards we crafted, alongside the client a new, fresh and distinct brand personality. We then rolled this out multiple branded projects including a webshop, new packaging and social media.
